1/2 c alfalfa sprouts
Nama Shoyu to taste
Salsa
onions, chopped
tomatoes, diced
in food processor add all but the salsa, onions and tomatoes
process to creamy consistency
stir in salsa, onions and tomatoes
shape into loaf
serve
