Drink water and hydrate

Good Morning,
It looks like the rain is behind us for a while and now the sun will come out and make everything that just got a good watering grow.  Have you had a good watering lately?  Remember you need to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day.  It helps you think better, gives you more energy and flushes out the toxins. 

Along with that you need to move, jump, walk, run, Wii anything to get that body in motion with vigor.  All the best food in the world is greatly enhanced by moving and drinking. 

Let's make some smart choices today and let's get moving.  It can be 10 minutes at 3 different times a day.  You can do that, I know you can.
