Seaweed Salad, Arame

Sea vegetable and bell pepper salad

Ingredients: 

Arame, cut with kitchen shears and soak 15 minutes   
green onion, diced   
red pepper, cut bite sized   
celery, sliced thin   
grated ginger, to taste   
grated lemon peel to taste   
braggs to taste   

Directions: 

Drain the soaked arame   
combine all ingredients   
taste and adjust as needed
