Sea Weed Salad

Salty and spicy


2.5 oz. wakame
garlic (to taste)
ginger (to taste)
1 T sesame oil
3 T rice vinegar
3 T tamari
1 T sesame seeds (optional)


cut wakame, soak 24 min and drain
chop garlic and ginger
mix all ingredients together
top with sesame seeds (optional) and enjoy
