Ingredients:
med red cabbage shredded
med beet shredded
1 red pepper chopped
med red onion chopped
DRESSING
3 T olive oil
1/2 t celtic salt
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 lemon juiced
Directions:

Combine the salad ingredients
Can put the dressing ingredients directly on the salad without mixing separately
