My favorite chili recipe

Ingredients: 

2 carrots chopped fine
2 stalks celery chopped fine
½ onion chopped fine
1 red bell pepper chopped fine
½ c dried tomato chopped fine
4 tomatoes chopped fine or pulsed in food processor
1 T cumin
2 T chili powder
2 avocado, diced
touch of cayenne

Directions: 

combine all

can place in dehydrator if want it warm
