Pumpkin Soup

Very nice start to a Thanksgiving dinner

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 - 3 c white pumpkin  
2-3 lg apples 
1/4 pineapple, cut into chunks  
3/4 c soaked raisins 
3 medjool dates, soaked  
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp coriander   
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: 

Process the pumpkin, apples and pineapple in the food processor.   
put half that mixture into a blender with 2/3 c pure water,  the raisins,   
1/2 tsp coriander & 1/4 tsp cinnamon, blend   
put in a serving bowl   
put the rest of the mix in the blender with the 3 dates, 1/2 tsp coriander   
1/4 tsp cinnamon and 2/3 c pure water   
blend   
pour into the serving dish   
can be used over 2-3 days at most
