1 lg yellow squash
4 c mung bean sprouts

1 1/2 c orange juice
1 c almonds
1 TBSP ginger
2 TBSP braggs

spiralize the yellow squash in a saladaco
combine both in a bowl

blend all in blender, more almonds for thicker sauce and more OJ for thinner
pour over the noodles
