Nori Rolls


Sushi using cauliflower instead of rice


4 Nori Sheets   
1/2 head cauliflower   
1 avocado, thinly sliced   
any of the following: shredded carrot, julienne cucumber, mung beans 


n a food processor, grind the cauliflower until grainy   
place a thin layer of the cauliflower on a nori sheet, keeping away from the    
top few inches   
place the avocado slices and other veggies in the center    
roll the nori sheet, pulling tight as you roll and seal with a few drops of    
water along the seam   
with a sharp knife, cut into inch-thick slices and turn face up on plate   
continue until all sheets are used   
can serve with Braggs Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu as dipping sauce
