Crackers with the saltiness from the nori sheets
Nori sheets covered with Basic Raw hummus, dehydrated at 100 degrees til
crunchy. Add chili powder or curry powder or dulce for variety
Basic Raw Hummus
2 C cashew pieces or soaked, blanched almonds
1/2 c raw tahini
1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
3-4 lg cloves garlic or to taste
2 large lemons, juiced
t tsp basil
1/4 to 1/2 sea salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
Place everything into a food processor and blend
Try to achieve a smooth consistency.
Add a little water if necessary.
Variations: jalapeno, dried tomato, cucumber, red pepper
Spread on the nori sheets
Place in dehydrator at 100 degrees until crunchy
