Moroccan Carrot Salad

Lots of healing foods and spices

Ingredients: 

1 lb carrots, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 scallion, minced
2 TBSP minced fresh parsley
2 tsp dill weed
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP olive oil
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp red pepper

Directions: 

slice carrots, chop garlic and scallion add parsley and dill
in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, cumin, paprika, cinnamon and red pepper
pour over the carrots and mix well
refrigerate until
sweeten with stevia if desired
