Mexican Corn with Chili and Herbs

Quick to fix mexican side dish

mexican, corn, tomatoes
Ingredients: 

strip the kernels from 6 ears of corn
dice 1 red pepper
1 or 2 serrano chilis, minced
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped fine

Dressing
bit of olive oil
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
1 TBS fresh lime juice
1 tomato chopped very fine

Directions: 

mix in bowl then add dressing

Dressing
mix all and serve
