Meatloaf

This meatloaf is amazing.  Worth the little bit of work

Ingredients: 

1 c sprouted barley   (only need 1/2 c to get 1 cup)
1 c walnuts   
1 c almonds   
1 c red bell pepper   
1 c portabella mushroom   
1 stalk celery   
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, soaked  
1 tsp minced ginger 
1 TBSP onion  
1 tsp poultry seasoning 
1/2 c parsley  
1/4 tsp coriander 
1/4 c oil  
1/4 tsp cumin 
1 lg clove garlic  
1/2 tsp sea salt 

Directions: 

in food processor blend almonds and walnuts very fine   
add other ingredients, blend until smooth   
put on mesh dehydrator screen in a loaf about 1 1/2 in thick about 15 hrs   
place a layer of mushroom gravy or marinara sauce or BBQ sauce over   
the meatloaf and dehydrator another hour or so to warm
