Mango Salsa

Hands down my favorite recipe. I make a double batch for family functions. Goes great with raw food corn chips. Can also be used on taco salad or on raw tacos

Ingredients: 

1 firm mango peeled and diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cuke, deseeded and diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1 TBS jalapeno, deseeded and diced
1 firm avocado, diced
2 TBS chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/4 tsp cumin
juice of 1 lime
touch of maple syrup, optional

Directions: 

Combine all
Only keeps fresh for two or three days
