Kale/Chard Salad

Very plain simple salad

Ingredients: 

Kale     
Chard   
Parsley   
Dressing:   
1 TBSP olive oil   
1 TBSP walnut oil   
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Directions: 

chop the greens using chiffinade method (roll the leaf and then slice the roll)   
chop the parsley quite fine like taboulli   
add the dressing ingredients and massage well to tenderize the greens
