Green Pea Hummus

Pretty color and nice flavor

Ingredients: 

2 c frozen green peas
1 c garbano beans
1/4 c tahini
lemon juice
3 cl garlic
olive oil
fresh mint

(Please note frozen veggies are not technically raw, they have been blanched (cooked quickly) to kill the enzymes, but it is still healthier than ranch dip or other canned dips)

Directions: 

combine in food processor until smooth
use a dip
garnish with smoked paprika
