Gazpacho with juice

A juicier gazpacho

Ingredients: 

4 c tomato juice  
4 c V-8 juice  
or fresh 8 c tomato/vegetable juices   
1 c onion, minced  
3 cl garlic, minced 
1 lg jalapeno, minced  
1 c tomato, chopped 
2 med bell peppers, chopped  
3 med carrots, coarsely chopped 
2 med cucumbers, coarsely chopped  
3 stalks celery, minced 
1 c broccoli and or cauliflower flowerets, minced   
6 med scallions, minced  
1 lg lemon, juiced 
2 limes, juiced  
1/2 c parsley, minced 
2 tsp dried tarragon  
2 tsp dried basil 
4 TBSP red wine vinegar  
3 TBSP olive oil 
pepper to taste, cayenne to taste, salt to taste

Directions: 

combine all ingredients and chill well
