Esther's Hearty Sprouted Lentil Burgers

Hearty raw food burger

Ingredients: 

2 c lentils  
1/2 c sesame seeds or hemp 
1 c sunflower seeds  
1 c almonds 
 
1 1/2 c onion chopped   
1 c red bell pepper, diced 
6 garlic cloves, minced  
1 c fresh basil, finely chopped 
1 TBSP lemon juice  
1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste 
2 TBSP fresh jalapeno, finely diced (to taste)   
1/2 c finely ground flax seeds   
   

Directions: 

A Day ahead   
soak all the nuts and seeds for 8 hours, drain and let sprout for 4 hours   
grind each in food processor to fine and pour into large bowl   
Add the rest of the ingredients  
put 1/4 c of the mixture into a patty on a teflex dehydrator sheet   
dry 3 hours at 115 degrees,    
turn over, remove sheet and dry another 3 hours   
will keep in fridge for 1 week
