Sweet and savory salad

Ingredients:
lg bunch Swiss chard, chopped
6 red radishes, sliced
3 pears, diced
Dressing
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 lemon juiced
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
3 TBSP maple syrup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
chop the greens in a bowl
mix all the dressing ingredients in a shaker container
pour over the greens and mix well with your hands, squeezing the greens
to soften them up
add other ingredients
toss and serve
