Ingredients: 

4 carrots   
2 stalks celery   
2 garlic cloves   
1 slice onion   
1 tsp salt   
1/2 tsp cumin   
1 avocado   
3 c water   
1 c spinach

Directions: 

blend all and serve   
optional chopped mini portabella to add some body
