Cole Slaw

Slaw with delicious flavored olive oil


1/4 head cabbage, soaked in salt water for 1 hour
2 med carrots, julienned also in the salt water for 1 hour
drain and pat dry
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1 yellow pepper sliced into strips
1 med golden apple, cut into small chunks
3 TBSP Fustini's blood orange olive oil
3 TBSP Fustini's lemongrass mint vinegar
toss and serve
