So much more than just applesauce

Ingredients:
6-8 apples
1 c medjool dates
3/4 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c grated coconut
Directions:
reserve one apple and chop the rest in a food processor or by hand, place in a bowl
blend last apple & the dates until smooth, in the food processor or blender. add to chopped apples
mix
top with the walnuts and coconut
