Ingredients:
1 c cashews
2 c water
1/3-1/2 c honey
1 T cinnamon
¼ t nutmeg
¼ t ginger
1 t vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 t salt
½ c chia seeds
Directions:
blend all except chia seeds in vitamix
pour over seeds mix and allow to soak for 2 hours
