Cauliflower Salad wi Mung Bean Sprouts


1 head of cauliflower, chopped up   
1/2 c red pepper cut up   
1 1/2 c mung bean sprouts   
4 green onions, sliced   
1 1/2 to 2 c chopped carrots   
Combine all in bowl   
3-4 cloves garlic   
1 c purple basil   
1/2 c coconut oil   
1/2 to 2/3 c pure water   
1/2 c apple cider vinegar   
1-2 TBSP agave nectar   
pinch celtic sea salt   
blend all until smooth
