The fennel and mint

Ingredients: 

6 carrots, finely sliced
6 sprigs mint
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 fennel bulb, finely sliced
4 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs flax oil

Directions: 

combine carrots, mint, onions, and fennel in a large bowl. In a jar combine
lemon juice and flax oil, Pour over salad and toss gently
