Apple Cinnamon Kale Chips

Great for snacking, can't stop eating them

Ingredients: 

1 c dried apples, soaked and drained (or fresh apples)
1 c cashews, soaked & drained
1 c distilled water
½-¾ c maple syrup (or honey)
1 TBSP cinnamon
2 tsp lemon juice
2 TBSP vanilla
sea salt to taste
1 bunch kale washed, trimmed & stemmed

Directions: 

combine all ingredients except kale in a blender
blend until smooth
add sea salt to taste
massage kale with apple mixture until coated
place on Excalibur ParaFlex sheet and dehydrate for 8 to 10 hours or until desired consistency
