Great substitute for a meat dish
Ingredients: 
Loaf
1 c cashews   
1 c pumpkin seeds   
1/2 c brazil nuts   
5 stalks celery   
1 scallion   
1 tsp sage   
    
Topping  
1 c cranberries (I used dried soaked for about 1/2 hour in 1/2 c water and   
blended the water too)   
honey to taste   
Directions: 
Loaf
process in food processor until smooth   then place in load shape on a plate
    
Topping  
 
blend until smooth and put on top of the loaf
