Multi purpose salsa to be used as salad topping or dip or stuffing

Ingredients: 
1 cup tomatoes
 1/2 c red pepper
 1/2 c fresh corn
 1/2 c celery
 1 clove garlic
 2 TBS onion
 1/2 c green bell pepper
 1/2 c cucumber
 2 TBS oil
 1 tsp each basil, oregano, cilantro (can also use fresh)
 celtic salt, optional
 2 TBS honey, optional
 lime juice optional 
Directions: 
chop or mince all ingredients down to the cucumbers
 place 1/2 in blender or food processor
 blend till smooth
 add back with chopped
 then add balance of ingredients
