Golden Tomato Avocado Salad

A refreshing salad with all those great summer garden ingredients

bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado
Ingredients: 

2 C chopped yellow and/or orange tomatoes (can use red as well)
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 C finely sliced scallions
1/3 to 1/2 C fresh lime juice
1/4 C fresh orange juice
2 T olive oil
2 T minced fresh basil
1 lg clove garlic minced or pressed
1 t minced fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions: 

Toss all, refrigerate to chill, serve
