Sweet pudding
Ingredients:
1 c dates (soft)
1/2 c pecans
2/3 c raisins
1 orange, peeled
1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
put all ingredients in food processor except raisins
process very well
add raisins
pulse just until raisins are distributed but still whole
