The Lansing Living Food Group is a support group of people wishing to share ideas for greater health. It is a potluck with first time attendees excused from bringing a dish. You don’t have to be or even aspire to be a raw food person but the dish you bring to share must be a raw food dish. Please bring your recipe so it can be shared with everyone.

The group was formed originally to find and taste more raw food recipes. The founders were struggling with eating just salad every day and wanting to find other good foods to eat. The problem was if you prepared a dish and then didn’t care for it what would you do with it. By having a potluck where the recipes are shared you can taste the food first before you make it. The support group was born.

Now we try to have speakers which add another dimension to the group. A place to gain knowledge of health related topics besides food. See each months calendar for the speaker and topic of the month.

Date: The first Monday of the month unless there is a holiday conflict.
Time: 6:00 and usually is wrapping up by 8:00.
Location: First Christian Church, 1001 Chester, Lansing, MI. A map is supplied below. Chester is the first street west of 127 and AAA Insurance is right on the corner. The church is in the second block on the left
